DE KLERK & VAN GEND’s Executive Committee consists of three highly acclaimed members. Chairman Adrie Brand has been involved in commercial negotiations for various sports codes such as SA Rugby as well as the conducting of drug anti-doping hearings. He acts as advisor to various pension funds and practises High Court litigation. Igshaan Higgins holds advisory positions to various civil entities. He is a former Council Member of the Cape Law Society and a representative on its Ethics Committee. He has worked in a national capacity for organisations such as Street Law and Project Vote. Stephen Duffett is presently Chairman of the National and the Western Cape Chapter of the Governing Body Foundation, a voluntary association that advises approximately 700 schools nationally and in the Western Cape.
